firm. In this capacity, he served as CFO or Controller

Before joining Roche & Associates, William Mulholland
was Treasurer and Controller of Quantum Photonics,
a manufacturer of fiber-optic components. From 1990
to 2000, he was a Financial Manager for Honeywell
Technology Solutions, Inc., formerly Allied Signal
Technical Services Corporation. Prior to that position,
he was employed by Thomas Havey & Company, a Washington
certified public accounting firm.
A native Washingtonian, Mulholland graduated from
St. John's College High School. He earned his B.A.
in Accounting from The Catholic University of America
and his M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore,
Maryland.
Mr. Mulholland is a member of the Maryland Association
of Certified Public Accountants (www.macpa.org).
He is a member of the Board of Governors of The
Catholic University of America Alumni Association

Mr. Mulholland specializes in interim CFO management,
budgeting and cash management, not-for-profit organizations,
